Performance Specialist (Paid Search), Barcelona
An agency is searching for a Performance Specialist, with a special focus on Paid Search, to join its team in our Barcelona Offices.
Your mission:
You will be responsible for managing and reporting on Performance Campaigns, reporting to Performance Manager.
Responsabilities:
Responsible for analysing account performance, making recommendations based on your insights, executing campaign implementation and optimisation both hands on and in collaboration with colleagues.
Provide support as an integral member of the client team, dealing with the daily challenges of account management, ranging from reporting, co-ordinating with all internal and external partners, to supporting on client queries and requirements and sharing best practice
Paid search and buying / activation, working towards agreed performance targets and delivering inline with the agreed strategy. You will be challenged by your manager to contribute to strategy development and have direct client contact.
Campaign activation, implementation of the investment plan for paid search on-going budget pacing, keyword bidding, creative tests execution, etc.
Analysing results, making recommendations to improve performance and exceed client goals and expectations
Account management support - Resolve any client issues in a timely manner, escalating as appropriate. Attend client calls / meetings / presentations as required (daily, monthly, quarterly etc)
Implementation of best practices for strategies across search engines and media vendors, briefing clients on the latest industry developments and the impact on their business
Collation and analysis of reporting data and insights to inform your manager and client about performance and task status
Localisation lead and coordination of launches across channels.
What We Are Looking For:
2+ years in PPC/SEM experience. knowledge & understanding of digital channels combined with the ability to understand digital infrastructure available including Paid Search y Paid Social
Work with Data Management Platform (DMP) partners and manage day-to-day onboarding of client data.
Minimum of 2 years in a client facing role, with a demonstrated passion for innovation, strategy, thinking outside of the box
Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive
Analytical and teamworking mindset
Energy, enthusiasm to expand your knowledge and desire for a successful career in digital marketing.
Having a good level of English and Spanish ( B2 level).
