Programmatic Specialist & Agency Support, Madrid
This is a client-facing role focused on supporting programmatic media agencies in Europe. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities:
Campaign monitoring: proactive monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization
Client support: client communications, product support requests
Product planning: feedback into product roadmap based on client activity
Desired Skills:
Programmatic: strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, measurement and ad tech ecosystem
Analytical: ability to work with data, draw insights and conclusions
Entrepreneurial: self-starter, takes initiative and ownership
Desired Experience:
Industry: 2-5 years with programmatic advertising
Experience: 2-5 years within the media and advertising industry in a client role
