Taboola compra Outbrain para competir con Facebook y Google

La empresa de publicidad Taboola ha llegado a un acuerdo para comprar a su principal rival: Outbrain. Su objetivo es crear juntos un gigante de los contenidos y artículos patrocinados en prensa digital.

Taboola pagará 250 millones de dólares (227,5 millones de euros) en efectivo a los accionistas de Outbrain y éstos pasarán a poseer el 30% de la nueva empresa que resulte de la fusión de ambos negocios.
